Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return, without needing to provide a reason. After notifying us, you have an additional 30 days to physically send the item back.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at info@ergoride.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund including the original shipping costs to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return. Your bank may require an additional 3 to 5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are at your own expense (approximately 13 EUR per package). We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sealed products whose seal has been broken
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items that are inherently personal in nature
  • Items that cannot be reshipped for hygiene reasons

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days with photos showing the defect. For first-time defects, we will provide a free replacement or full refund. If damage occurs again, you will receive a full reimbursement.
