Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum order value required.

Delivery Times

Orders are typically delivered within 10 to 14 business days. This consists of 2 to 3 days processing time and 8 to 11 days transit time. We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Ireland, Spain, and Italy.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 9:00 PM CET (Monday to Friday) are processed the same business day. We ship directly from our suppliers to you, keeping costs low.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, we will send a free replacement. If damage occurs again, you will receive a full refund.

Lost packages: If your package is lost, we will send a replacement before initiating a refund.

Customs and Import Duties

In rare cases, import duties may apply due to EU regulations. These costs, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Failed or Refused Delivery

If a package is refused or not collected from a postal facility, a handling fee of 8.95 EUR will be deducted from your refund.
