1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without providing any reason. To exercise this right, notify us in writing (by email) within this period. You then have 14 days to return the item.

3. Returns

Returned items must be accompanied by all delivered accessories and, where reasonably possible, returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.

5. Excluded Products

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Perishable goods
• Hygiene products with a broken seal
• Items that are inherently personal in nature

6. Delivery

Orders will be delivered within 14 business days unless otherwise agreed. If delivery is delayed, we will notify you within 14 days. In the event of significant delay, you have the right to cancel the order free of charge.

7. Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is due within 7 business days of the start of the cooling-off period.

8. Complaints

Defects or complaints must be reported within 7 days of discovery. We will respond within 14 days of receiving your complaint.

9. Governing Law

Dutch law applies to all transactions, regardless of the customer's location.
